Job descriptionGarantir la production et la transmission dans les délais des rapports réglementaires aux différentes autorités luxembourgeoises et étrangères (CSSF, BCL, BNB, CFTC, ICE, etc.). Assurer le niveau de qualité exigé, analyser et corriger les erreurs, rejets, ou retours dans les délais légaux. Participer activement à l'adaptation, à l'amélioration ainsi qu'à la création des flux ''reporting'' en collaboration avec l'équipe Projet et les différents services transactionnels de la Banque afin d'être en phase avec les diverses évolutions aussi bien réglementaires, internes que de la part de nos différentes contreparties. Savoir analyser et répondre aux demandes et questions d'intervenant es externes et internes (régulateurs, contreparties, auditeurs) e d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans les reportings réglementaires notamment EMIR et / ou MIFIR et / ou PST (ECB payment statistics) vous souhaitez mettre à profit cette expérience au sein d'une Banque qui place l'humain au cœur de ses valeurs. Vous êtes rigoureux se et organisé e. Vous savez gérer la pression engendrée par la gestion d'imprévus et de deadlines. Vous êtes à l'aise avec la manipulation et l'analyse de données dont les volumes sont conséquents. Vous possédez une bonne compréhension des différents types de produits financiers (actions, obligations, Forex, produits dérivés) et des services de paiement proposés par une banque, ainsi que les obligations de reporting réglementaire qui en découlent. Bon communicant vous savez adapter votre discours à votre interlocuteur trice. Curieux se et ouvert e d'esprit vous êtes volontaire et prêt à monter en compétences sur des nouvelles missions en fonction des actualités de l'équipe.
