Job descriptionEvaluation de la maturité et de l'efficacité des dispositifs de continuité d'activités (BCP / DRP) au sein de la banque mais aussi chez les fournisseurs de la banque Conduite d'audits BCM auprès des fournisseurs critiques de la banque Analyse des plans de tests, des résultats et de la fréquence des tests de continuité et de reprise après sinistre Identification des écarts par rapport aux normes (ISO 22301, DORA, EBA Guidelines,..) Emission de recommandations pour améliorer la résilience des fournisseurs de la banque Rédaction de rapports à destination des équipes internes de gestion des risques, conformité et des équipes dirigeantes si nécessaire Planification et organisation des tests dans le cadre du Business Continuity Management (planning, invitations, assistance et support lors des journées de tests) y inclus la coordination si nécessaire avec les fournisseurs de la banque. Planification et revue avec les équipes en charge des procédures de contournement dans le cadre du Business Continuity Management Participation au Risk Assesment de la banque Coordination et complétude des formulaires et enquêtes réglementaires en lien avec le BCM
La banque recherche un Business Continuity Management Specialist pour mener des missions d'analyse et des travaux opérationnels, sous la responsabilité d'un Team Manager.
Le candidat devra avoir le profil suivant
- Expérience de plus de 5 ans dans le Business Continuity Management (BCM), idéalement dans le secteur bancaire ou financier
- Connaissances approfondies de la norme ISO 22301 et idéalement de la norme ISO 27001
- Expérience dans la gestion des risques et / ou expérience en conduite de missions d'audit de fournisseurs ou d'évaluation d'un tiers dans un contexte réglementaire
- Maîtrise de la réglementation DORA et des lignes directrices associées
- Formation universitaire, disposant d'une bonne compréhension des concepts informatiques
- Maîtrise des outils Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Capacités d'analyse, de structuration et retranscription
- Capacités d'organisation, de planification et de suivi des activités.
- Aisance de communication écrite et orale avec les différents interlocuteurs de la banque ainsi qu'avec ses fournisseurs
- Maitrise de la langue française (écrit et oral) et de la langue anglaise (à l'écrit)
