Duration : 6 to 12 months

Schedule : Full-time

Languages : French is required; English (minimum B1 level) and any additional language are strong assets

Who We're Looking For

Are you currently studying Economics, Management, Finance, or IT , and have a genuine interest in banking and finance ? Do you enjoy working with digital tools and want to be part of a team that supports clients in their digital banking journey?

We’re offering a hands-on internship where you’ll assist with the implementation and daily operations of our corporate e-banking application —a key solution for our business clients.

What You’ll Be Involved In

Support the Implementation of e-Banking Solutions

  • Assist in setting up and adapting e-banking systems for corporate clients
  • Help manage user access and configuration updates for existing contracts

Contribute to Technical and Administrative Operations

  • Support the day-to-day management of e-banking platforms
  • Help ensure smooth and accurate processing of payment flows through MultiLine

    • Client Interaction & Helpdesk Support

  • Be in direct contact with clients by phone or email (approximately 60% in French, 40% in English)
  • Assist clients with updates to their existing setup, such as adding users or adjusting access
  • Reach out to clients to guide them through migrations to new tools or to provide support in case of issues (e.g. payment errors)
  • Maintain a professional and service-oriented approach in all client interactions
