You will join the family office of a leading international group , managing and structuring assets across Europe and the United States.

Based in Luxembourg, the office oversees a diversified portfolio of real estate and corporate holdings and supports the group's legal, financial, and administrative strategy.

The team is small, highly selective, and works on complex, high-impact matters , where excellence, rigor, and confidentiality are essential.

The Role

As Senior Legal & Administration Associate , you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the family office, covering legal, compliance, and financial reporting aspects.

You will be responsible for maintaining the legal integrity of group entities, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and contributing to high-level financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal (≈50%)

• Ensure proper uploading, archiving, and safekeeping of all legal documentation for group entities;
• Prepare and review contracts based on existing templates;
• Maintain databases and monitor ongoing litigation;
• Conduct legal research on various corporate, tax, and litigation matters;
• Track external legal budgets and advisory services.
