Senior Tax Associate

Job descriptionOrganizing and analyzing clients’ financial information Taking advantage of opportunities to minimize tax liability through deductions Advising clients about tax liabilities and other tax-related matters Establishing and updating client records Keeping abreast of current IRS and state and local tax rules and regulations and ensuring full compliance Assisting with audits by gathering financial information and meeting with auditors as needed You will also be directly involved in complex Private Equity, Venture Capital and Real Estate transactions for our affiliated AIFM entity. University or similar degree; Excellent communicator and initiatives taking 3-5 years of experience in a tax department of Big4 firm or equivalent Strong knowledge and practice of Luxembourg tax law Strong knowledge and practice of international tax issues i.e. DAC 6, BEPS, ATAD, CRS Strong analytical skills i.e. ability to address several interconnected issues and deliver a suitable solution for our clients IT skills English required – French will be considered as an asset Team player Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices Interview coaching session before the client meeting Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
