Compliance Associate

YOUR ROLE

• Act as a key point of contact for compliance and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) matters within the organization.
• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the compliance monitoring program, ensuring alignment with Luxembourg regulatory requirements (CSSF, AML / CFT, MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD, etc.).
• Coordinate the migration of manual Compliance and AML processes (e.g., Excel-based) into automated Alteryx workflows and Tableau dashboards, driving digital transformation within the team.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and other Compliance / AML team members to design and implement data-driven solutions that support decision-making and business tracking.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, and thematic reviews.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business activities; ensure timely communication and implementation of new requirements.
• Draft, review, and update compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support and coordinate regulatory reporting, internal / external audits, and respond to regulatory inquiries.
