YOUR ROLE

• Design and evolve the VDI platform (Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops).
• Coordinate technical teams (VDI / RDS, network, security, operations).
• Lead PoC and testing projects for new VDI technologies.
• Manage Windows 10 master images and ensure regular updates.
• Maintain and optimize the Citrix infrastructure (NetScaler, StoreFront, PVS).
• Oversee application packaging and virtualization.
• Provide third-level support and resolve complex VDI-related incidents.
