Investment Funds Lawyer, Banking Sector - CDI

The Fund Legal Department is in charge of company secretarial tasks, internal control and corporate governance for the Cayman Islands domiciled subsidiaries of NBL as well as monitoring of the legislations and regulations applicable to our business activities. The Fund Legal Department is also responsible for the legal work in relation to the set-up, restructuring and liquidation of investment funds 8chief domiciled in the Cayman Islands) administered by NBL.

In order to support the department, we are looking for an Investment Funds Lawyer on a permanent contract.

Your main tasks will be :

Corporate Secretary functions :

• Planning and executing meetings for the board of directors (the “BOD”) and committees for the Cayman subsidiaries (GFTC / MTC), as well as coordinating to ensure that all resolutions are implemented.
• Preparing and keeping important documents of GFTC / MTC (e.g. various organization documents, agreements, licensing certificates, regulatory filing documents).
• Assisting GFTC / MTC directors to perform annual duties.
