The key responsibilities of the role include :

The FA new business team is responsible for all aspects relating to client onboarding and fund events with a Fund Accounting lens.

• Fund launches for new and existing clients.
• Fund transitions from other administrators including parallel valuation.
• Re-domicile events resulting in new fund launches.
• Restructures, mergers and schemes of amalgamation resulting in new funds.
• Fund share class launches.
• Subscription and redemptions in kind and additional fund events
• Actively manages the Fund Accounting new business FTE calculation process.
• Provide training to new partners on and offshore.
• Preparation of procedures used to hand over to the FA teams.
• Assist is discussions in operating model designs.
• Fund legal documents review
