Your Mission Managing autonomously your own portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles (Soparfis in the areas of Private Equity, Credit and Real Estate) Preparing board and shareholders´ meetings Drafting board meeting minutes and other relevant legal documents Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings Providing ongoing legal services to your client portfolio Liaising with notaries and international law firms Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6) Your Profile You have at least 3 years of working experience as a Corporate Officer or in a similar position in Luxembourg You have advanced knowledge in the Luxembourg corporate law Your style of working is characterized by diligence, reliability and respect of confidentiality You show exceptional organizational skills and are able to multitask You demonstrate analytical and conceptual intellectual power, flexibility and strong communication skills You are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization You are fluent in English, German would be an asset What You Can Expect Modern office in the financial district Kirchberg in Luxembourg Harmonious and stable working environment Good work-life-balance and flexible working hours Training for your individual career development 30 days of vacation and meal vouchers Reimbursement of public transport costs Supplementary health insurance Parking facilities for rent (within walking distance) Please note that, in accordance with Luxembourgish law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a criminal record certificate (extrait du casier judiciaire) may be requested during the recruitment process.
