Role Overview : We are seeking a Conducting Officer to assist the Luxembourg's office Managing Director. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for Risk, Compliance, and Structuring functions, particularly with regard to securitisation / capital markets vehicles, and will support the firm's further growth in SPV and structured finance operations. The firm supports complex structures including SPVs, securitisation vehicles, and capital markets entities. With deep expertise in accounting, compliance, corporate administration and structuring, they deliver tailored solutions to both issuers and originators. Their Luxembourg office has a long-standing presence, strong regulatory relationships, and local senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Act as Conducting Officer for regulated activities : risk, compliance, AML / CFT, legal governance. Provide strategic and operational oversight of securitisation SPVs, including setting up risk and control frameworks. Oversee valuation processes and NAV calculation for structured vehicles where relevant. Liaise with CSSF and other regulators on capital markets, securitisation, and SPV matters. Develop and enhance policies and procedures relating to securitisation, corporate structuring, risk governance, and compliance. Collaborate closely with senior management, external service providers, and cross-functional departments (e.g., finance, corporate services). Support the establishment and management of SPVs (e.g., boards, director appointments, documentation) under Luxembourg law. Profile / Requirements 10-15 years of relevant experience in regulated financial services, preferably including prior role as a Conducting Officer in a PSF or equivalent. Strong securitisation / structured finance / capital markets experience, with hands-on involvement in SPV setup or management. Proven ability to calculate NAV or work closely with valuation teams. Good working knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory environment, including CSSF requirements. Strong compliance and risk management background (AML / CFT, corporate governance). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Fluent in English; German is a great asset, knowledge of French is a plus.
