Responsable d'atelier MSD Construction, fondée en 1994, est une entreprise familiale en pleine croissance basée à Troisvierges (Luxembourg). Spécialisée dans la construction de halls pour les secteurs industriel et agricole, nous sommes également actifs dans la distribution de tôles de toiture et de façade ainsi que de matériel de fixation, et proposons à nos clients des pliages peints issus de notre propre production. Nos plus de 40 collaborateurs mettent tout en œuvre pour offrir un service personnalisé et de qualité. Missions : Encadrer un atelier composé de 6 serruriers et 2 plieurs Organiser de manière autonome les flux de travail en coordination avec le service développement Soutenir le développement de nouveaux produits Eventuellement réaliser des conceptions sur CAD et des croquis à main levée (non obligatoire) Profil recherché : Formation technique complétée par plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle Bonnes connaissances en réalisation de croquis à main levée appréciées Travail autonome, structuré et responsable Flexibilité et motivation Compétences en gestion d'équipe Intérêt pour une collaboration à long terme avec prise de responsabilités Salaire à définir selon expérience Werkstattleiter MSD Construction, gegründet 1994, ist ein wachsendes Familienunternehmen mit Sitz in Troisvierges (Luxemburg). Aufgaben : Leitung eines Werkstattbereichs mit 6 Schlossern und 2 Abkantern Eigenständige Organisation von Arbeitsabläufen in Absprache mit der Entwicklungsabteilung Unterstützung bei der Produktentwicklung Eventuell Konstruieren mit CAD und Erstellen von Handskizzen (nicht zwingend) Profil : Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung Möglichst gute Kenntnisse im Erstellen von Handskizzen Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten Flexibilität und Ehrgeiz Führungskompetenzen Interesse an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit mit Übernahme von Verantwortung Gehalt wird entsprechend der Erfahrung festgelegt Workshop Manager Founded in 1994, MSD Construction is a growing family-owned company based in Troisvierges (Luxembourg).
