Your responsibilities : You will assist our employees globally with their Learning-related inquiries, helping to create a positive and supportive learner experience You will gain interesting insights in implementing, organizing, supporting, and further developing our learning measures and training formats Support the team in managing and documenting learning activities within SuccessFactors Learning, while also contributing to data preparation, cleaning, and report generation using Excel You will support the team in preparing the annual training report for submission to the Luxembourgish authorities You will update Learning guidelines in PowerPoint and Learning content on our SharePoint sides You will research market trends and best practices in the field of Learning to support in continuously improve the learner experience Required profile : You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, or have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
