Finance & Administration Assistant

Are you looking for a stimulating first experience in the field of finance? Join our team and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Finance and Administration Assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day activities of the finance department, gain solid practical knowledge, and grow alongside experienced professionals.

Your role consists in :

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of accounting transactions
  • Manage invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Support yearly budget process
  • Support yearly financial audit
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Manage different admin tasks to support corporate functions (finance support, travel, purchasing / procurement, …)
  • Oversee basic facility-related tasks, such as coordinating repairs, supplies, and office organization
  • Support team members with administrative needs as required

Profile :

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting roles
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
  • Familiar with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Odoo) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory ; any additional languages such as Luxembourgish are a major asset.
