Legal mid-level - investment funds (M / F)

Job Overview :

Reporting to the Group Legal Lead, provide legal support to the other members of the legal team to deliver services across ONE entities.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Draft, review, and negotiate clients' contracts as well as agreements with providers.
• Advise the ONE entities, in collaboration with Senior legal counsel, on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters in providing comprehensive and pragmatic advice.
• Provide general legal advice on applicable laws and regulations and on ONE policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to internal projects and data protection matters.
