Banking Lawyer - German Speaker

Responsibilities :

• Drafting, reviewing and assisting in the negotiation of banking and finance documentation, including loan agreements, guarantees, security packages and related transactional documents.
• Advising clients on general banking, regulatory and financial services matters under Luxembourg and EU law, with support from partners and senior lawyers to help develop technical expertise.
• Assisting in cross-border financing transactions and liaising with banks, institutional clients and counterparties to ensure efficient coordination and smooth execution of matters.
• Conducting legal research and due diligence on banking and finance topics, contributing to client updates and internal knowledge projects within a multilingual team environment (German required).
