CM Law is seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Lawyer / Jurist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with 4 to 6 years of experience to work on high-profile and diversified client matters within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your Role

In this position, your typical day will involve working on a wide range of client files, including those of international and local companies, private equity houses, real estate investors, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs.

Under the supervision of the Partner in charge of the department, your main responsibilities will be to :

• Assist and advise clients on corporate transactions (restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, migrations, etc.)
• Draft and review legal and transactional documents
• Follow up on client requests and participate in meetings and conference calls
• Conduct legal research and ensure ongoing monitoring of corporate and financial law matters
• Work collaboratively within the team and in close cooperation with other colleagues across the firm
