Our Client is an international law firm, member of a well-established international network in Luxembourg City.

We are recruiting an Executive Assistant (M / F) on a 12-month fixed-term contract .

Your responsibilities :

• Managing the agendas of 3 Partners  and  supporting the work organization of the wider team .
• Handling administrative tasks and monitoring client files  (correspondence, KYC, formatting, archiving, etc.).
• Preparing  professional materials  (presentations, templates, brochures, pitches).
