Afin de répondre aux défis futurs de son secteur, la fédération des prestataires d’aides et de soins COPAS engage en CDI avec entrée en fonction immédiate ou à convenir un

Juriste (m / f / d) CDI, CCT SAS à temps plein ou à temps partiel

Nous offrons :

Domaines d’activités et responsabilités :

Conseiller et assister la fédération en matière de questions juridiques

Assurer une veille de la législation en lien avec le secteur des aides et de soins

Aviser des textes législatifs et effectuer des analyses juridiques

Participer aux négociations de conventions-cadres et collectives

S’investir dans des dossiers d’actualité transversaux

Synthétiser les avis des membres afin d’émettre des positions communes

Profil souhaité :

Master en droit et expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans

Disposer de bonnes connaissances du secteur d’aides et soins et de son environnement réglementaire

Excellentes capacités analytiques et rédactionnelles

Maîtrise des langues luxembourgeoise et française, l’allemand est considéré comme un atout

Connaissances informatiques indispensables

Esprit de synthèse

Compétences en gestion autonome de projets

Disposer d’un esprit d’équipe et d’une aisance dans les contacts humains
