Your role As a Compliance Officer, you will join a growing team and support the Head of Compliance in ensuring the company's full adherence to regulatory obligations while enabling business growth. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and play a key role in shaping the compliance function. Main responsibilities Ensure compliance with AML / CTF, GDPR, MiCA and other EU frameworks. Implement and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and controls. Support on risk assessments, reporting, audits, and regulatory inspections. Contribute to compliance monitoring plans and follow-up actions. Provide pragmatic advice to business teams in a fast-moving environment. Mentor and support junior compliance officers. Your profile Around 5 years of experience in compliance within a payment / electronic money institution and / or the digital assets / crypto industry. Strong knowledge of EU regulations : AML / CTF, GDPR, MiCA. Compliance monitoring experience is a plus. Fluent in English; French is an asset.
