Service Manager SDN

As a Service Manager for Software Defined Networking (SDN), you will :

• Provide expert technical assistance on software-defined networking, micro segmentation (firewalling) and related products or services as required : technical guidance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, governance, monitoring.
• Manage diverse projects related to the day-to-day operations of the Unit.
• Participate in the formulation, planning and definition of project requirements, liaise with stakeholders and internal customers, participate in requirements gathering and communicate results.
• Develop a deep understanding of internal business processes, oversee their continuous improvement and manage service reliability.
• Ensure quality of COSMOS project documentation, meeting minutes and other relevant documents and deliverables.
• Participate in and coordinate project meetings and related activities.
• Supervise services delivered within the COSMOS managed services portfolio.
• Ensure that the services delivered by DIGIT contractors are compliant with DIGIT and third parties processes / guidelines. Evaluate and implement security standards.
• The service provider will also be responsible for defining the strategy and future direction of the software-defined networking and firewalling service, including identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, and developing business cases for new initiatives and investments.
