WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will act as the primary interface between customers and the company, coordinating with various departments. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for order management, customer communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your most critical deliverables for this role are : - Processing all sales orders based on customer requests, ensuring availability, delivery timelines, lead times, and pricing are aligned; - Serving as a liaison between customers, production plants, and Sales Representatives to ensure all special requirements related to sales orders are fulfilled; - Performing daily follow-ups on open orders to guarantee on-time deliveries; - Preparing orders for invoicing following shipment; - Handling all customer complaints and service requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of any issues.
