Fachmaart Steinhäuser est un acteur incontournable du commerce de gros et de détail, spécialisé dans la distribution de peintures, matériaux de construction, revêtement et décorations des sols et murs, outillage et quincaillerie.

Nous recherchons un(e) Head of Sales

Votre mission :

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur général, vous aurez pour objectif de structurer, piloter et dynamiser notre département commercial afin de soutenir la croissance de l’entreprise.

Vos principales responsabilités  :

Stratégie & Développement commercial

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale ambitieuse et alignée avec les objectifs de l'entreprise
  • Mettre en place les plans d’action appropriés
  • Identifier les nouvelles opportunités de croissance et optimiser l’offre produit / services
  • Suivre les tendances du marché et les évolutions du secteur

    • Gestion des Ventes & Relation Client

  • Développer et entretenir des relations de confiance avec les clients et partenaires commerciaux
  • Assurer un service client de qualité et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Collaborer avec les départements Achats, Marketing et Finance pour garantir la réussite des projets et la performance commerciale
  • Maintenir une veille économique et technique du marché

    • Management & Performance

  • Suivre les performances, analyser les résultats et ajuster les actions en conséquence
  • Formuler des recommandations et des notes d’orientations en fonction des besoins du département et de la direction
  • Encadrer, structurer et dynamiser l'équipe de vente en gros et au détail
  • Participer au développement des outils de gestion commerciale pour optimiser les processus

    • Formation & Développement

  • Former et accompagner l'équipe commerciale pour développer leurs compétences
  • Instaurer une culture de performance et d'excellence au sein du département

    • Votre profil :

  • Expérience confirmée (10 ans min.) dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du bâtiment, de la construction et du parachèvement
  • Leader inspirant , capable de motiver et de fédérer une équipe
  • Orienté résultat et stratégie commerciale
  • Fort esprit analytique et compétences reconnues en négociation et en gestion commerciale
  • Connaissance approfondie du marché luxembourgeois
  • Intérêt pour la digitalisation et la RSE
  • Diplôme en gestion, commerce ou distribution (Bac+3 min.)
  • Maîtrise de l' allemand et du français , toute autre langue est un atout
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office, ERP / CRM
