Job descriptionSenior experience (7–12 years) in Finance Transformation , Process Optimization , or Operating Model design . Strong background in Finance and Accounting , ideally within asset management, banking, or large corporate environments. Proven exposure to ERP / Finance systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, SAS FM / CPM, Exact or similar). Ability to structure business cases , lead strategic workshops , and manage cross-functional coordination. Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with C-level stakeholders. Analytical mindset, solution-driven, and capable of synthesizing complex information. Fluent in English and French (both mandatory); any additional European language is a plus. Availability to start ASAP , for an initial 2- to 3-month mission , with possible extensions.
Your Day-to-Day
- Lead a pre-study and design phase for the new Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) .
- Map and assess the current processes across Finance, Fund Finance, Financial Analytics, and Procurement.
- Conduct a SWOT analysis to identify key strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas.
- Define target objectives and future-state processes for the Finance function.
- Perform a market analysis of available Finance systems and solutions (SAP, Ariba, SAS FM / CPM, Exact, etc.).
- Draft the business case and RFP documentation for the selection and implementation of the chosen TOM solution.
- Collaborate with multiple business units and internal stakeholders to align goals, processes, and data flows .
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and project sponsors.
