The group’s staff is multilingual and multinational with in-depth experience in the delivery of services to the government sector worldwide.

Currently we are looking for a skilled Senior Semantic Web Implementation Specialist to join the team as a long-term Contractor (B2B) / Freelancer.

Based in Luxembourg, working mode : Hybrid.

Tasks

• Push the boundaries of semantic tech : Advise on state-of-the-art trends (triple stores, SPARQL optimization, semantic search, visualization, scalability, and security);
• Build & innovate : Develop technical specifications, prototypes, pilots, and robust systemsfrom concept to production;
• Engineer smarter systems : Design and execute migration strategies, implement ontologies in OWL, and create monitoring solutions;
• Champion open data : Define strategies that make data accessible, reusable, and impactful;
• Ensure trust & quality : Lead data testing, quality management, and troubleshooting to keep systems reliable;
• Empower others : Deliver training, presentations, and clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Secure continuity : Oversee smooth knowledge transfer and handover processes
