Are you a skilled banking lawyer looking to deepen your expertise in high-value real estate transactions?

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its Real Estate Finance team in Luxembourg.

You will work on complex financing transactions for banks, funds, and major institutional clients, with a strong focus on cross-border deals.

Your key responsibilities

Structure and negotiate real estate and banking finance transactions.

Advise clients on syndicated lending, leveraged acquisition finance, and restructuring.

Participate in cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.

Support business development initiatives for the Banking & Finance practice.

Your profile

Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' experience in Banking & Finance, ideally in Luxembourg.

Strong interest in real estate finance and cross-border work.

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English and French.

Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative mindset.
