HR Business Partner - Financial Services
Our client is a well-established financial services company based in Luxembourg, offering convenient access via public transportation and on-site parking facilities for those who prefer to drive.
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a specialized department within their organization. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, stable HR BP team with a positive working environment. The role will involve partnering with highly analytical professionals in a regulated environment, where attention to detail, strong governance, and technical expertise are paramount.
Your responsibilities
As the dedicated HR Business Partner, you will :
Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding through development and retention
Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture within the audit team
Advise on performance management , compensation, and organizational development matters
Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring when needed
Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and in compliance with Luxembourg labor law
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
Collaborate closely with the broader HR BP team and Centers of Excellence
Your profile :
Bilingual fluency in French and English
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience working in Luxembourg with knowledge of local labor regulations and HR practices
Experience supporting audit, risk, compliance, or finance functions
Familiarity with the financial services industry
