What you will be working on

• Help to shape the organization and culture and work closely with our leadership to accelerate performance and build future leaders
• Specialist in people matters with a clear focus on Talent Management, Development solutions, Business Leadership skills and Career Management
• Act as a coach to management / performance managers in terms of performance / career management, people engagement and development solutions
• Deploy the key firm's performance and development process (Performance Reviews, Open PD, calibration meetings…)
• Conduct with the Leadership sensitive discussions on various matters
• Team Lead and People development responsibilities
• Act as a relay between and work in close collaboration with other People & Culture teams to ensure high quality service
• Implementation of the talent development & learning strategy in collaboration with the Management / Leadership and advises each individual along their career
• Project Management on various topics, related to your areas of responsibilities
