Supervise the management of the social secretariat. Ensuring the accuracy of payroll calculations. Keeping employee files up to date, including tracking absences and illnesses. Responding to clients' questions and requests concerning payroll and social regulations. Train and mentor junior members of the payroll team. Senior Payroll - Your profile : Degree in Human Resources or specialised training in payroll management. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a payroll management position, preferably in a fiduciary services company or equivalent in Luxembourg. Fluency in German and English required, knowledge of French an advantage. Excellent understanding of payroll calculations, labour law, social security and social contributions. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit. Autonomous, respect for deadlines and a strong sense of customer service.
