MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE The Issuing and Document Manamgent Post responsibilities AND primary duties include but are not limited to the following : In accordance with the company's management requirements and based on the customer's insurance needs, issuing insurance policies in a timely and accurate manner; Responsible for the management of business documents and insurance information, including the collection, arrangement and filing of insurance information, and the printing, management and filing of corresponding insurance documents; Taking and passing the Non-Life Insurance Agent Exam to obtain the insurance agent qualification; Responsible for customer consultation and guiding customers to handle underwriting business; Assisting in quoting non-motor insurance business; Assisting the head of the department in customer and market development; Other matters assigned by the head of the department; Other works assigned by the Company. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or above; Relevant work or internship experience in insurance or finance industry preferred; Skills & Capabilities Proficiency in using office software, e.g., MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Proficiency in written and spoken skills in English and French.
