Portfolio and Financial Management Manage a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI holdings, including : Reviewing current operations. Analyzing balance sheets and interim / annual financial statements. Monitoring extra-accounting tables. Preparing reports requested by clients. Drafting minutes, and contracts (e.g., purchase / sale of shares, loan contracts, bond loan terms) and follow up. Preparing invoicing and monitoring unpaid receivables. Preparing Board meetings and follow up. Support KYC / AML documentation and review. 2. Client Relations and Coordination Act as the central point of contact for clients alongside the senior manager, depending on the team structure. Identify tax and legal issues. Propose solutions to address customer challenges and needs. Participate in client meetings. Coordinate tasks with other units of CF Corporate Services and BDO. 3. Legal and Accounting Oversight Verify and ensure compliance with legal deadlines for filing annual accounts, tax returns, and periodic / annual declarations. Monitor accounting and legal requirements. Transfer relevant information to appropriate service teams. This offer is for you if : You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance / Accounting and / or an accounting professional qualification (e.g. ACCA) ; You have between 3 and 5 years' experience in a similar position; You are fluent in English and French, German would be an asset; You have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with a professional approach at all times in accordance with policies and procedures, legal / regulatory requirements; You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines; You are extremely organized and rigorous; You are dynamic, proactive, and pay close attention to details; You have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
