Agama Advisors provides regulatory & compliance assistance, internal audit and advisory services to Asset Managers, Investment Funds and Professionals of the Financial Sector in Luxembourg
Your role
- Endorsing ‘RC’ functions and board mandates for investment funds
- Being in charge of internal audit assignments and developing this service
- Advising clients on regulatory obligations (in relation to corporate governance, compliance, AML / CFT, etc.)
- Participating in the implementation of regulatory projects
- Assessing compliance risks and framework
- Contributing to oversight obligations on delegates or clients service providers (initial, periodic or ad hoc due diligence)
- Reviewing compliance reports ( 'RC' report)
- Preparing training materials (AML / CFT, market abuse, etc.) and facilitating trainings
- Contributing to the firm's client acceptance and monitoring process
- Responding to business tenders
- Carrying out a regulatory watch to be shared internally and with clients
- Participating in the structuring and daily life of the firm and the team, to make it grow
