Your Responsibilities | Knowledge Lawyer – Banking & Finance / Corporate M&A - Law

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Banking & Finance and Corporate M&A practice groups, ensuring teams remain at the forefront of market changes.
• Prepare and update legal templates, guidelines, and internal documentation to support lawyers in their daily practice.
• Conduct legal research on complex matters and summarize findings to facilitate internal knowledge sharing.
• Organize and deliver internal training sessions and workshops to enhance the technical knowledge and skills of the lawyers.
• Actively collaborate with lawyers across different offices to ensure consistent practices and knowledge sharing.
