The Project Manager (Strategy and Operations) plays a critical role in managing a global joint venture company within Byborg Enterprises SA and delivering measurable impact across our group of portfolio companies. This role combines strategic alignment, business planning, initiative leadership, and operational enablement to ensure the group and its entities execute effectively against shared goals.

Working closely with leadership teams across the organization, the Project Manager (Strategy and Operations) acts as a connector and driver - translating strategic vision into actionable programs and ensuring portfolio-wide coordination and synergy realization.

Key Responsibilities - Strategic Alignment & Business Planning

• Build strong working relationships with management teams across portfolio companies to ensure alignment with group-level strategic priorities.
• Lead reviews of business plans, facilitate effort estimation, and assess strategic impact.
• Support the ongoing development and improvement of the group’s strategic planning and prioritization frameworks.
• Deliver regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and interdependencies relevant to M&A or cross-company initiatives.
