Customer Support Coach – Bilingual French & Dutch | CDI | Bruxelles & Flandre

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un

e Customer Support Trainer bilingue français / néerlandais pour accompagner nos utilisateurs dans la prise en main de notre progiciel métier, au sein d’un laboratoire pharmaceutique en pleine croissance.

Vos futures responsabilités :

Former les utilisateurs à l’utilisation du progiciel et de ses modules.

Planifier les installations et les formations en coordination avec les équipes internes.

Assurer le suivi des utilisateurs, nouveaux comme existants.

Fournir un support hotline, au bureau ou à distance.

Participer aux phases de test et à la rédaction de la documentation utilisateur.

Tester les nouveaux modules et résoudre les éventuels blocages techniques.

Participer à deux événements professionnels par an (week-end).

Assurer une astreinte téléphonique une semaine sur six (soirées et week-ends), en lien avec le service Support Client.

Profil

Bilingue français / néerlandais, à l’aise à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

Expérience en formation, support ou gestion d’outils logiciels.

Une connaissance du secteur pharmaceutique est un atout.

Autonomie, sens de l’organisation et bonnes capacités de communication.

Goût pour le contact client, le travail de terrain et les environnements dynamiques.

Maîtrise des outils bureautiques ; la connaissance de plateformes de formation ou de support est un plus.
