Description

Order Processing :

  • Accurately receive and execute investor orders, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers
  • Manage and reconcile transaction payments within established cut-off times

Operational Management :

  • Process capital calls and dividend distributions, ensuring timely communication with investors
  • Monitor and follow up on all incoming and outgoing payments
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal procedures and adherence to daily deadlines

    • Client and Team Collaboration :

  • Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain effective follow-up on transactions to guarantee seamless processing
  • Serve as a resource of expertise and provide support to colleagues as needed

    • Your profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Transfer Agency or fund administration
  • Strong knowledge of Alternative Investment Funds, especially PE and Real Estate
  • Familiar with Luxembourg fund regulations
  • Solid understanding of Transfer Agency operations
  • Fluent in English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Monthly salary indication : € 4501 - € 5000
