Our partnership with an organically growing fiduciary frames the current search for a Senior Corporate Officer. This position is being created in the context of the company's business expansion and in order to keep a reasonable workload for the existing team.

The fiduciary has known a great success story : It was initially created by its founder several decades ago on the Luxembourgish countryside, and has today grown to a team of 20 people and even offices abroad.

The fiduciary offers a complete range of services including accounting, tax and corporate administration services. The clientele is almost exclusively composed of financial companies and includes SOPARFIS / Holdings, Private Equity and Real Estate to name a few.

The environment and atmosphere that was created over the years is quite enjoyable, as everyone gets along very well within the team. Thus, the fiduciary’s dynamic team evolves by working closely together. There are also team buildings that are organized from time to time in order to be able to spend time together outside of a purely professional context and guarantee the strong bonds between one another.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – Fiduciary – Fiduciaire

• You administer the daily corporate administration of the entities in your portfolio, from the constitution to the liquidation . These are primarily composed of SOPARFI .
• You draft different kinds of legal documentation such as Board meetings, annual general meetings as well as statutory changes, capital increases and so on.
• You ensure fluid communications with all parties : these of course include your clients but also banks, Luxembourgish administrations, lawyers and notaries for example.
• You publish the annual accounts on the Trade register as well as other common modifications and steps in your clients’ corporate administration.
