Moventum also offers transfer agent services and AML & KYC solutions. 🤝 About the Team You will be part of our dynamic Operations department, which functions as the backbone of our investment services. Our Back and Middle Office teams are responsible for the smooth execution and settlement of transactions, cash movements, reconciliation, and client order processing. We work closely with Trading, IT, Client Services, and other internal teams across Luxembourg and Poland, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless client experience. 🎯 The Right Fit We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry while supporting daily operational processes in an international environment. 📌 Your Responsibilities Process and reconcile client payment transactions (domestic and international), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Support daily payment control routines, identify discrepancies, and proactively drive resolution to mitigate operational and financial risk. Monitor payment flows (SWIFT, SEPA, wire transfers, internal transfers), escalating issues when required. Participate in the testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of payment systems (Olympic and other applications). Analyse payment processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency, automation, and risk mitigation. Prepare, maintain, and ensure compliance with payment-related operational procedures, in line with regulatory and internal standards. Act as a central point of contact for payment-related queries from internal stakeholders and external partners (banks, custodians, clients). Train, guide, and support junior colleagues, fostering knowledge-sharing within the payments and operations team. 📝 Your Profile 2-3+ years of experience in banking, investment operations, or financial services (focused on payments). Solid understanding of operational processes and regulatory standards. Hands-on experience with payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA) and reconciliation. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Familiarity with the Olympic system is an asset. Excellent English skills; Good German skills.
