Location : Luxembourg Hybrid. 50% onsite and 50% near-site from any EU country or work from home in Luxembourg. Relocation is not mandatory but the consultant will have to be at the office 2 weeks every month. Travelling back and forth would be an option but only when it is realistic.

Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Bachelor degree in IT or related field and minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role.
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise level organization as a Data Architect or equivalent role.
- Proven experience in data architecture, data modeling, and metadata management using tools such as OpenMetadata, Collibra, or Apache Atlas, within large or multi-stakeholder organizations, combined with practical expertise in data quality frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, ontology development, and federated data models using tools such as Denodo or Dremio, complemented by hands-on experience with ontology and metadata management platforms.
- Experience in data integration and orchestration tools such as Airlow, Airbyte, dbt, or Azure Data Factory, coupled with strong experience in data cataloguing.
- Experience leveraging tools such as PowerBI or IBM Business Automation Insights, and promoting best practices in data literacy and visualization.
- Hands-on experience in deploying data architecture or analytics frameworks in intelligence or law enforcement organizations.
- Ability to develop clear, comprehensive, and well-structured enterprise-level data documentation.
- Experience with semantic technologies, linked data frameworks, API integration is an advantage.
- Understanding of GDPR and AI Act is advantage.
- Previous experience in public sector or justice or law IT systems is an advantage.
- Certification or knowledge of TOGAF, DAMA-DMBOK or Data Vault methodologies is an advantage.
- Fluency in English at least at a level C1.
