For our HQ in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Procurement & Digital Project Assistant in the General Procurement department. The role will be taking care of digital new initiatives, like e-commerce and e-merchandising, and supporting region HQ and category managers across 3 categories (marketing, sales, IT). This consists of keeping the relationships with suppliers and ensuring the supply of the strategic materials.
Your main responsibilities :
Regarding the project management :
- Involvement in General Procurement projects supporting tests and development of digital new initiatives (e-commerce and e-merchandising);
- The resource will have to work in strict contact with sales, IT and marketing categories following their guidelines and with regions performing : Market scouting and analysis overlapping with POS category;
- Check suppliers' compliancy to Ferrero Policies;
- Perform the vendor risk management process;
- Preparation of the RFP to launch a multi area tender
- Specific focus on Multi-Country region
Regarding the procurement activities :
Management of databases, keeping prices updated;Creation of POs;Creation of GRs;Follow up of deliveries.You'll be in relation with internal business stakeholders & the local procurement department
Your profile :
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or similarOverall, 2-3 years of work experience.Experience in Procurement, Digital, Project Management will be considered a plus.Proactiveness in anticipating buyers' needs in terms of supplier and contract management;Curiosity and problem solving;Team player with strong business attitude will be considered fundamental or a positive performance;Able to maintain positive and proactive attitude also in stressful situations;Fluency in written and spoken English.Required IT skills : Proficiency in MS office skills (particularly in Excel and PowerPoint) & Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus
