What will you do?
Actively oversee entities in voluntary liquidation (mainly investment funds and holding structures).
Coordinate the liquidation process from start to finish, including accounting, tax, legal and operational aspects.
Handle day-to-day aspects of the liquidating entities : payment approvals, cash reconciliations, preparation of liquidation accounts, liquidator’s reports, etc.
Liaise with various stakeholders (shareholders, administrators, custodians, auditors, notaries, authorities).
Contribute to business growth, knowledge sharing within the team and support the development of best practices.

This offer is for you if :
You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in liquidation, fund administration, audit, accounting, or a similar area;
You demonstrate solid understanding of accounting principles and / or liquidation processes;
You are curious, solution oriented, pay attention to detail, proactive, and can manage several tasks under tight deadlines;
You enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team;
You have strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders;
