Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Inhouse – Investment firm – Corporate – legal

• You will be involved in the daily corporate governance of the real estate funds , in close collaboration with a Senior colleague and your manager.
• Additionally, you will be in charge of the preparation and organization of board meetings and shareholder meetings as well as general meetings (annual, extraordinary). Then, you will be asked to draft the minutes of those meetings.
• The approval of annual accounts, the opening of bank accounts and updating the relevant registers (RCS / RBE) will be included in your daily tasks.
