SPV Accountant - Holding Structures

Our client is a well-established yet human-sized company based in Luxembourg, managing a range of holding and SPV structures. To strengthen its accounting team, the company is looking for a motivated SPV Accountant with 2-5 experience in Luxembourg holding entities and SPVs, who enjoys working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your responsabilities : As a SPV Accountant, you will : Handle the full accounting process from A to Z for several holding and SPV entities Prepare annual accounts, balance sheets, and financial statements Manage bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and cash flow monitoring Liaise with auditors, banks, and other service providers Prepare VAT returns and corporate tax files (with support if needed) Collaborate closely with management to ensure accurate and timely reporting Your profile : As a SPV Accountant, you have : Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics Between 2 and 5 years of experience in accounting for SPVs or holding companies (fiduciary, PSF, or management company experience welcome) Strong understanding of Luxembourg GAAP Proficient with Bob 50 or Sage accounting software Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written) Hands-on, organized, and eager to take ownership in a small and friendly team The offer : Attractive salary package based on experience Bonus based on individual and company performance 13th-month salary Extra days of paid leave Flexible working ...
