Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal  - Law – Corporate – PFS - Fiduciary

• You will have to manage a client portfolio composed of Soparfis and PE / RE entities.
• You will be the point of contact for all legal issues relating to Luxembourg companies.
• You will be actively involved in the day-to-day management of clients.
• Preparing board meetings will be part of your daily routine as well as preparing shareholders' meetings and other company documents.
• You will be involved in organising company incorporations, mergers and liquidations.
• You will be responsible for maintaining contacts with clients, notaries, public authorities and banks.
