The registered office of RIGO Trading S.A. is established in the municipality of Niederanven in the EBBC business complex close to the Findel Airport. The company started up only in 2014 and employs currently more than 90 employees.

One purpose of the company is the acquisition by purchase, registration, and transfer by sale or exchange of intellectual and industrial property rights. RIGO Trading S.A. takes care of the procurement and in particular the purchase of CAPEXs, raw materials, packaging and print materials, for the activities

of the companies of its group and the distribution of goods produced on the Luxembourg market and to duty free and retail customers worldwide. The global Travel Retail Management and as well the associated Marketing and Key Account Management have been successfully established in RIGO Trading S.A. during the course of the years 2015 and 2016. Since 2017 the Global Export / Developing Countries Management (for more than 40 countries) and Sales and Marketing activities have been consolidated in Luxembourg as well.

We are looking for an analytical, numbers-driven person who uses internal and external data to help the Sales Department improve its performance. Data must be collected, analyzed and, most importantly, interpreted in terms of our business context. The Sales Department requires actionable insights to facilitate fact-based decision-making. Depending on your professional experience, we will hire you for either a Senior Analyst or Analyst position.

Main responsibilities :

In your role as a (Senior) Analyst Sales, you will perform the following tasks :

• Analyze sales data for weekly / monthly reports on sales performance,
• Identify problems, deviations and interpret them correctly,
• Understand : on-top sales opportunities and challenge sales department forecasts & plans - based on historical data, trends, benchmarks, relations & proportions
• Create Reports : ad-hoc reporting and introduce new ones to support visibility and decision-making
• Conduct internal price simulations and support pricing strategies, as well as product / segment performance analysis
• Maintain administration of commercial agreements / approvals for audit purposes
• Work closely with Sales, Finance / Controlling and Marketing to align & streamline (optimize) existing processes and resources.

Additional responsibilities in the area of Sales Administration :

Administration and coordination are part of the job : in this role you support the Sales Department by managing administrative tasks or coordinating meetings with other departments.
