Risk and Compliance Manager

We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager who will be in charge of the compliance risks management and the Compliance Monitoring Program. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all current and future regulatory requirements.You will report to the Head of Compliance.

Your responsibilities :

• Participate in the evaluation of the compliance risks as well as in the implementation and execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including testing of key controls.
• Stay up to date with regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
• Detect any risk of non-compliance with the professional obligations applicable to the Company.
• Oversee and review the content of all Risk & Compliance registers ensuring they remain up to date.
• Draft and update internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Conduct customer due diligence checks on new and existing clients in order to identify, evaluate compliance risk as per internal risk based approach, analysis of alerts issued and escalation of potential issues to the Head of Compliance.
• Participation to transactions monitoring as second line of defense.
• Work closely with the operational and business teams to ensure consistency in practices.
• Supervise and train team members.
• Actively contribute to the optimisation of tools and processes, in line with technological and regulatory developments.
• Provide and promote a positive and professional compliance service to all staff within the Company.
