To lead this initiative, they are looking for an experienced lawyer with a strong background in AIFs who is eager to take on both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. Your Responsibilities | Partner Funds – Funds – AIF – Legal – Law Firm

• You will lead the development of the alternative investment funds department by leveraging the firm's existing client base, activating your own professional network, and representing the firm at relevant industry events and conferences.
• You will remain actively involved in legal work, advising clients on all aspects of alternative investment fund management, including set-up, structuring and restructuring for example.
• You will collaborate closely with partners and other departments to deliver integrated, cross-disciplinary advice and to ensure the successful growth and positioning of the new practice within the firm.
