Financial Controller - Family Office

On behalf of our client, an international family office headquartered in Luxembourg, we are recruiting an Experienced Accountant / Financial Controller. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an accomplished accounting professional to join a lean and dynamic structure, working in close collaboration with the CFO.

The role provides exposure to a wide variety of investment structures and business activities, with significant autonomy and responsibility.

The role :

• Manage the accounting of group entities and prepare monthly financial statements
• Prepare and file tax returns and statutory documentation (OGMs, EGMs)
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets for group entities
• Manage intra-group cash flows and update loan amortization schedules
• Perform loan interest calculations and ensure the accuracy of financial charges
• Participate in financial due diligence processes for new projects and investments
• Lead and oversee two accounting / administrative assistants
• Ensure proper execution of general administrative tasks, including payroll and HR administration
