Senior Business Analyst

Description de posteSolid experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services or banking sector. Proven knowledge of AnaCredit reporting requirements. Strong background in data modelling, both conceptual and logical. Familiarity with BIRD / IRef data models is a strong asset. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams. French fluency is required; English is considered an advantage. Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Your day to day
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting regulatory reporting and data management activities within the banking environment. You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing data models, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. Your work will focus on :
- Contributing to the preparation and analysis of AnaCredit reports.
- Designing and maintaining conceptual and logical data models.
- Ensuring compliance and consistency with BIRD / IRef data model frameworks.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across different teams to gather requirements and translate them into structured solutions.
- Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, providing clarity and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations.
