Hays - Technical Business Analyst - Microsoft

This role combines business analysis, technical design, and project coordination, with a strong focus on optimising processes across departments such as trading, risk and Finance.

We are are looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Microsoft for our client.

Your responsibilities

You collect and document business requirements from internal users.

You design and propose technical solutions aligned with existing architecture.

You lead small internal development projects and follow up with developers.

You analyse current processes and identify opportunities for automation.

You provide functional support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You contribute to continuous improvement of internal tools and workflows.

Your profile

You have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience

You have strong experience in business analysis and system integration within Finance (either in financial / banking companies rather than industrial companies).

You have a strong background in development (either Java or .NET) and a strong architecture understanding.

You have strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

You are used to working with Azure DevOps

You are used to working within fast-paced and Agile environments (important for this role).

You are fluent in English (mandatory)
